Anthony Giannone

Licensed Massage Therapist

Anthony graduated from The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in NYC in 2015.  He is a NY state Licensed Massage Therapist by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). During his 2-year program at the Swedish Institute he was exposed to different forms of massage, ranging from medical/therapeutic to relaxation massage. His education also included different massage theory ranging from Eastern Japanese Shiatsu to Western Swedish influence which allows him to view massage from a unique perspective. In 2018 Anthony became certified in Medical Massage under “The Strenta Method” courtesy of Jeanine Strenta herself. In addition to his Medical Massage certification he has also studied under John Barnes in MFR (Myofascial Release).  Anthony is also certified in CPR/AED & First Aid.  

Anthony’s extensive knowledge and 7+ years experience working alongside Dr. Marcello Sarrica, DPT, OCS, COMT, CSCS has allowed him to excel in the speciality of medical massage therapy. He has treated the likes of sciatic, lower back pain, neck pain & stiffness, headaches, TMJ and many other medical conditions.

When you incorporate Anthony’s passion for massage, extensive education, and his expansive skill set obtained through hands-on experience with board certified doctors of physical therapy, it allows him to be efficient in his massage sessions.  Along with his continuing education, this has been the formula for great results and a treatment plan for many physical ailments. 

In his spare time Anthony loves spending time with his family and dog Reina.
